The Robey

Classy and old-school style hotel offers all the modern luxuries. Excellent food and drinks, amazing rooftop bar, parking, perfect service from all staff i encountered. The view of the city is amazing! And room service is fast and the food came hot! Would recommend!

Holy cow... I never expected such tasty food in a hotel lounge. My husband and I wandered in for drinks in the second floor lounge, and wound up ordering dinner. Our dishes (a hummus wrap, and the potato gnocchi) were fresh, intriguing, and remarkably delicious. Hope that other menu items were just as good. The space is not the most conducive to dining, but it IS the lounge and not the sit-down restaurant after-all. Looking forward to warmer months to go back to the rooftop Cabana Club, which has a terrific, romantic night view of the Chicago skyline.

This hotel is eclectic and beautiful! It has so much character. Our room had a phenomenal view and Cafe Robey and the Up Room were amazing! This is the perfect hotel for someone like me, who used to live in Chicago and wants to stay in a great location that isn't downtown. It's also steps away from the Blue Line and has very convenient parking. The staff is also incredibly friendly! Highly recommend and my fiance and I will be back.
