The food here is good. Pricey but good. It is the go to place for the full Spectrum of African-Americans in Hyde Park. Get it to go though. My server, while being a very social young man to everyone that came through the door, left much to be desired. If they ever got a more professional and efficient waitstaff, I’d give this place five stars!

The food was amazing! Freshly cooked, flavorful and delicious. Keisha is the owner and she is just lovely. Everyone is so accommodating. Thanks it was so good.

Awesome Mother's Day Meal first time there they accommodated me with my power chair & family. Sole proprietor is a beautiful African American female. Food was delicious and large portions staff very helpful and polite. Highly recommend everyone go there. I hope to go again when I come back to Chicago.❤️❤️❤️❤️

Great food and portion sizes. Mac & Cheese was fantastic! Very clean, great atmosphere. Staff is very kind, welcoming and loving! We felt like family. Will definitely come again.

The food was very good. The guy on the grill paid attention to detail on how I wanted my lamb chops cooked. The mac and cheese, candied yams, greens peach cobbler, fried green tomatoes, I mean everything was good. The short ribs melt in your mouth. My husband and I ate good. I'll see them again tomorrow. I've got to try everything. So glad to have this in the neighborhood. Go see them!!!
