We came across this place looking for someplace to sit down and eat. We’re we’re on a visit from CT this Cinco De Mayo weekend. What a pleasant surprise friendly service. My husband had the ribs and fried chicken wings and I had the brisket sandwich with fries. My sandwich was the best brisket I’ve had, the meat was very tender and the added coleslaw was perfect. The seasoned fries weren’t salty and tasted great. I tired my husband food as well ribs and chicken was very good. As the last person said all the food came out nice and hot. I would highly recommend a stop!
Thanks so much our compliments to the chief and the server!
I visited this restaurant while I was at navy pier and when I tell you the FOOD is AMAZING. I got the catfish and fries and it was so good. Love how everything came out hot and fresh. This will always be my go to spot whenever I come to the pier.
Let me just say this, TERRY, the owner, is amazing! We hosted a surprise birthday event at the Navy Pier location, and everything was amazing! The customer service and atmosphere were top tier! We had an amazing time! Thank you again Terry and all the staff/crew who helped pull our event off! Forever grateful! Y'all check them out! You won’t be disappointed
We had an absolutely incredible experience at this location. Both people working out front were attentive and kind. One seemed to be a newer employee and another possibly an owner. We popped in just to grab an order to go. They went above and beyond to be sure we got our order and that it was what we wanted. I never leave reviews, but this was one worth leaving. The service industry is horrible but Windy City ribs at the pier has it right.
