“Cute coffee/donut place. I ordered a strawberry mango refresher which was very good. Better than Starbucks. And the donut pictured is raspberry olive oil croissant and was great. The filling was flavorful and the donut itself was delicious and not overly-sweet. Will definitely come back.”

“Had a high hope of this ramen place due to all the hypes. Had a chance to try this place and quite disappointing. We ordered ika geso and gyoza for appertizers. It was edible. The ika geso was super chewy. We ordered tonkotsu ramen and miso ramen. The tonkotsu ramen that we got we not hot at all. It was warm, which quite unexpected for ramen. The noodles were cold. The broth was not too thick like what you usually find in creamy tonkotsu ramen. The miso ramen was ok. The server never check on us even once, maybe because he was too busy running around doing a lot of things all at once.”

“Love the brand. The bagel are good! But the wait time for your food is pretty long for only bagels (10/15min). I don’t recommend the hot matcha latte as it’s very sweetened (and you cannot change it). So it’s only my personal preferences! It was packed but we found place to seat (good turnover in a coffee because not too many laptops on a Saturday hahah). There are a lot of people working here and the bartenders are nice.”

“My mom found this place thru Social media and asked me to take her there to give them a try to this new Venezuelan restaurant. I was little confused on the location since Argyle it's pretty much an asian area with Vietnamese, Chinese and thai food restaurant. When we arrived at the location its was actually super cute and colorful. The manager welcome us and explained us the menu and how to order. My mom got the pork latin bowl (Rice, Beans, cabbage, selected sauce and the protein ) I got the pabello Arepa (Shredded beef, beans, cheese and plantain). Both plates were delicious I ate those arepas so fast cause there were so good. They are BYOB which its always A+ on any restaurant in chicago plus accept apple pay. In general I had a great meal, I would command to try other stuff.”

“Ever since Jimmy John's closed, I've been anxiously waiting for this Jersey Mike's to open! I have always enjoyed Jersey Mike's when traveling, but never had one in my neighborhood -- until now! I was very pleased with my experience at this new location, and enjoyed my cheese steak!”

“Food was absolutely delicious! We ordered naasi goreng , samosa, fish curry and rice. All of the dishes were so flavorful and the spicy level was on point . I literally felt like I was eating at a restaurant in Srilanka . After having our lunch we ordered koththu for for dinner too because we know it definitely will be yummy and didn’t wanna regret not ordering. The restaurant was so spacious and clean. This place can definitely accommodate small events and gatherings.”

“I was very excited to see a ramen place come to Granville! The restaurant is small, but charming. My wife and I were happy with our ramen, and will be back. P.S. I notice they do a large takeout business, so you'll see a lot of people coming in and out of the restaurant.”

“Excellent new joint on the riverwalk! The food is awesome. We tried all kinds of things and all of it was a hit. The tacos had fantastic meat and toppings. The chips were great as well. The loaded chorizo fries were the best! We were arguing over the last bite. :) It stole the show. There were a few hiccups with ordering/paying and where to sit but all those details will get worked out. (We were the 4th customers on opening day). We would highly recommend this place.”

“My first experience with Cambodian cuisine, and it was terrific. The dining room was cool and relaxing on a blazing day, with soft traditional Cambodian music playing in the background. I had the appetizer portion of egg rolls, four delicious crunchy cigars served with a tangle of pickled vegetables, virtually a tangy side salad, and a tangy soy dipping sauce. For main, I had an off-menu plate of sauteed Pork belly served with a generous scoop of fried rice and a small salad, with another dipping sauce that I didn't really need, but it disappeared anyway. It's way too tasty to leave behind. My server and the owner both checked in frequently, perhaps worried I didn't like it. I'm just an annoyingly slow eater. This would be a great place for a low-key date, but even better for a small group. The portions are perfect for passing around so everyone gets a healthy taste of everything, like an Asian tapas bar. Khmai also has a full bar, with a list of custom cocktails. Most entrees are in the $15 range, with generous appetizers under $10. When I return, which I will soon, I'm planning to try the sauteed eggplant and beef skewers...and hopefully move through the menu all summer. One quick note. This is not spicy food...it hits sweet, salty and sour notes and well, so far at least.”

“Have been hearing a lot about this place so decided to stop on for lunch. We were planning to get our food to go, but they have limited seating now. Service was great, burgers came out piping hot. Nice big patty with lots of flavor, even better though is they have crinkle fries! Lots of choices on their menu, will need to try out a shake next time. Will definitely be back!”
