    I had a relatively good experience and my only complaint is that they are always charging me for whipped cream when none of the many other dunkin donuts every ask me to pay for whipped cream...especially because i am a die hard dunkin donuts customer....always have been...i shop there three or four times daily

    Great Customer Service and fresh coffee and donuts all the time. Plus a variety of flavored coffee.

    I have been going there for over five years. The staff is always pleasant and know us by name. Its good when you have a relationship with the staff like this.

    I love the drive thru of course they get busy in the mornings, but the inside is awful they need to clean and maybe redo the place. I don’t feel comfortable going inside with my kid, I drive to Berwyn for that.
