I've been coming here for 43 years. While they have added many varieties of great food, their quality and tastes have remained the same. Very reasonable prices also. Great owners as well. The sams for 43 years.

First time here & I LOVED IT! JOE the owner made us feel so special. I called to see if the owners were the same from yrs ago & he said "51 yrs" I'm here. So cute!! Very hard working family & their food is incredible!! You will see us again!!!

A time honored tradition. Known not just to the locals but to the ex-locals who've moved on but still come back for a piece of nostalgia. I'm one of those. Lived in Cicero for 20yrs but have since left for greener pastures, yet, we still find time to stop by and get some Italian Ice or Gelato when we are visiting family in the area. My wife loves the home cooked Italian meals, the pizza with that firewood burnt crust taste, the imported Italian products and much more. Just come ready with cash in hand as there's no credit cards accepted here. Bring some patience as well as this neighborhood charm is known to have longer wait lines. The staff is phenomenal. They will joke with you while waiting and make the process feel smoother. Almost like a long list cousin your getting to know again. Bring the kids, bring the grandparents bring the neighbors, this place will bring a smile to faces of any age. Well worth the visit when you're in the area (and when you're not ) .

As good as I remembered it from my youth! Small space chock full of good Italian treats. Real Italian ice-so good. Crowded but the staff is very friendly and efficient. The line moves quickly. Great spot ????
