The service is excellent here. Dinner and a beer for under $40. It's good airport food that is served at a comfortable speed. The portions are filling but not huge and they are very flavorful.

Easy in/out. Good food. Nice service. Fair prices for an airport restaurant. Have visited several times and plan t on come back when flying out of the B concourse. Is is located near Gate B18 in the Terminal #1 (United).

This place is huge, and you're always going to be able to find a seat when all the other tiny places in this concourse are full. Full wine list and friendly service. The food is...probably what I should have expected from an airport Italian restaurant. The margherita pizza is very much a cheese pizza with one piece of basil sitting in the middle. That being said...it's a perfectly acceptable frozen cheese pizza.

If you have time at O'Hare airport Terminal 1 near gate B18 you will find no better place to eat for Italian food. Despite the fact you're at the airport Stefani's does everything right. Occasionally you may wait 5 minutes for a table, but that's due to their popularity. Try them out especially if you are delayed... you'll get a good meal and feel better.

If you are flying United and are not willing to settle for pizza or Starbucks this is a good place. Selection is modest but decent. You will find something that fits your taste. Wine selection covers most basics associated with Italy. The issue is ... Food tastes like franchise and that kills it. Not bad but I think the place is missing a lot by offering better flavors and dishes.
