Came across Pho Xich Lo in Elk Grove and got the chance to try their food sampler and it’s as authentic as it can be. Can’t wait for the Grand Opening!

Accidentally stopped by when they haven’t open yet, but I had the chance to talk with the owner. She was super sweet!! Can’t wait to come back when they are open. The vibe of the restaurant is fresh! I can feel that the food is going to be good. They are having technical problem with Google so they haven’t able to update their hours yet.
