(February 7, 2019, 8:38 pm)Blaze Pizza in Evanston is a great concept, and wildly liked, but I've been having a couple of issues. The service is incredibly slow. When I came in the other day, I waited about three minutes to first be asked what I'd like, and then another couple minutes before someone came over to actually have the pizza made. They have great vegan options, and even have vegan cutters, but I regularly have to request them as it seems like staff aren't being trained to use them by default. Overall, it took about 15-20 minutes from when I walked in the door to when I left with pizza in hand, and they advertise a 3-minute process.

(December 2, 2018, 5:06 pm)Vegan options!! First pizza I've had since going vegan over a year ago. Gotta admit, I almost broke down and loaded it up w/real cheese, but the vegan cheese wasnt bad. I'll probably omit it next time because I think it would be just fine without it. Thanks blaze!
