Starbucks

Starbucks feels like a home away from home. Good coffee, free WiFi, but an early cull in the pandemic. It's slowly coming back, no place to sit and unwind yet, but the friendly faces serving up steaming mugs of hit, fresh goodness along with tea, energy juices, salads, and other morsels for your coffee cravings are available. Just across the street from the Main Purple Line El stop to get you going again.

During COVID-19, the staff at this Starbucks provided a great morning coffee experience. They recently transitioned from curbside pickup (always with a smile under the masks) to in store pick up.

This location is where I preferred to go when I'm in need of my pick me up. The staff is really cool and my drinks are made correctly. They take the time to get to know you. When I arrive, they already know what my beverage of choice is and has it ready for me with a smile. Very thankful for the people who work there and professionalism and kindness they give to me everyday.

EVERY Sunday for the last 3 years I have walked from my apartment in Rogers Park 2.5 miles away to come to this specific Starbucks location and spend a few hours here. I love this location its out of the way and usually not packed and the internet speed is great.
