I eat here often and I can say I'm rarely disappointed by the service. Kind, respectful, and if the food is a bit late, they're apologetic and sometimes throw an extra side in depending on how long the wait is. The people who work there are often understaffed and put their best foot forward. If I'm being honest, it's the customers who are often aggressive and rude to the staff. If you're one of these people, the customer isn't always right.
