Hamilton's Pub

I really hate to give this place 3 stars when I gave it five a couple of years ago things really have slipped my draft beer was warm my steak sandwich had mayonnaise on it when I ordered it without on the stale bun and the mushrooms were straight out of the can ice cold.
$40 for wings a steak sandwich and two beers I expected a little bit better

Hamilton's is a great place to go if you live in the suburbs or have family out here. There is a really strong Lemont community feel here, but you won't feel like an outsider if you're not from town. I live in Chicago now, but I love coming here because it's a place where I can see the buddies back home without being constantly bothered by super loud unruly college kids. A great, non-pretentious bar.

Great place to grab a cold one! Food is good too. Clean and friendly. Nice atmosphere for all age groups! Excellent beer selection too!

The owner, Pat, is the sweetest. Awesome atmosphere. Awesome staff. Great drink specials! If you're looking for a watering hole in Lemont, Hamilton's is the best!

Let me say, if you went there expecting it to be Hamilton themed (like the musical), it isn't. With that set aside. It is a great place to go if you just wanted lunch or you wanted to go out with friends for drinks. The food is very good in relation to the prices and the interior of the actual restaurant is quit nice. One thing that seemed to be lacking when I went in was the service. Drinks were hardly refilled and the waitresses seemed to be more interested in talking to each other than actually going to their tables and seeing if their customers needed anything. If management could address this issue, I'm sure business would be no where near lacking.
