Big Chicken

I liked the atmosphere of the place and the staff were very polite. They were very attentive and super chill specially Alfredo. I ordered the Ultimate and Dirty fries and they were delicious! Yeah it's like any other chicken sandwich but what got me was that it was FRESH! The place was clean and no LOUD music! Thank you! Great portions too!

Had been trying to get to Big Chicken to try it out since it opened. Finally had a chance when on a lunch break in the area while at work. Good looking, clean restaurant, tho a bit pricey for my liking the food was good, especially the Salted Caramel Shake. Went with the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich and fries meal which was good and filling. I got in just before the lunch crowd really began to come in. Good location atmosphere. Enjoy my first time at this restaurant.

Shaq made a chicken restaurant called Big Chicken and I've heard so many things about it so I thought I would give it a shot. A big man loving food, yes please. Honestly the best thing I had was the Dirty Fries. They were great covered in cheese sauce, bacon, banana peppers and spicy chipotle BBQ sauce. Every single bite had a great combination of flavor, I do wish they had more banana peppers on there but I'm weird and love them. The crispy chicken grilled cheese is exactly what you think it is. A crispy grilled cheese sandwich with a nice piece of chicken stuffed between. The ultimate, had Mac n cheese, crispy fried onions and roasted garlic BBQ aioli. There were a lot of flavors there and overall it wasn't a fan chicken sandwich but I didn't get a lot of cheese from the Mac n cheese and to me the chicken was a little dry. Honestly this is a great restaurant to try out if you're visiting Chicago since it's so close to the airport.

Worth a try but nothing too exciting in any direction…not super good and not super bad. Even if there is a line they move pretty quickly. I did enjoy the large pieces of chicken in all the sandwiches, fairly tasty but could use more seasoning. The sauces weren’t too bad, they had one similar to chick fil a sauce and a bbq sauce. The Mac and cheese was just ok, also on the bland side.

It is HUGE! All the orders we had were huge. Food taste wise, it was just okay. Nothing exceptional. The fries were my least favorite, it was so stale even tho it was freshly cooked. Definitely not a healthy option. The Mac and cheese was pretty decent. Indoor and outdoor seating available with plenty of parking space. Not loud at all. Their card reader wasn’t working so we had to pay with cash.
