Tons and tons of used restaurant equipment at really fair prices. I don’t get these bad reviews. People have no idea as to how hard it is to be in business for yourself.

I own a small bakery in PA and found Pierce Equipment online. I needed a stainless steel hood for my fryer and they had one listed. I called them and arranged to buy it. Since my family is from Chicago, my husband and I made the trip. The original hood (larger than we needed but price was right) we were going to purchase was sold but they had another perfect size for us. We negotiated a good price. Their staff cleaned it spotlessly for us and helped us load it onto a trailer. Later their salesman called to check in on us and share some information about the hood. We were so pleased with this business. I am surprised to read all this negativity on google and wonder how much is personal issues someone has with the owners, I do not know the owners but I know I am happy with my experience with the business. Always try to stop in when we visit Chicago. Thanks.
