Ao Sushi

Never had a bad experience here. Even if it's just picking up items to cook with without going to an Asian market out of my way (please don't ever do away with that), food quality is great and service has been friendly and helpful.

Only thing keeping it from being 5 stars is that it is a bit pricy.

Food prep is pretty quick; quality is above average.

This place is literally a raw fish market and it's great. The fish is good quality and super fresh. I also appreciate how kind the employees are. Perfect spot for a quick grab and go lunch/dinner.

After craving sushi all week but not wanting to go to a sit-down dinner, I ended up trying AO which is walking distance from my home. One of the cashiers was extremely helpful in recommending sushi. The sushi was overall good but not that much different than what you could get at a grocery store. I overheard some of the cooks making inappropriate comments in Spanish; unbeknown to them, I speak the language. Other than that, it is a cool little place for personalized sushi on the go.
