    Great sandwiches and chili. The sandwiches are double the price of Subway, but here they are more filling and made with quality ingredients. Well worth the cost.

    We LOVE Capt'n Nemos and have been coming here for more than 10 years. When I'm anywhere near Winnetka or Kenilworth people at my office ask me to get them a sandwich. Always get the secret sauce. Our favorites are the turkey breast and cheese, the vegetarian, the tuna sub, and the split pea soup.

    It takes me 45 minutes to get to Capt'n Nemo's from my home. They have the best freshest subs and homemade soups. I've talked to the owners saying that I think that they would do really good opening another restaurant further west, great food and service. I've been going to the Roger Park location for about 40 years, you won't be disappointed...

    Best sandwich place in the North Shore. You must try either or both of the liverwurst sandwiches. It will change the way you think about liverwurst. Split pea soup and veg chilli are outstanding. But the American is still my favorite. Forget the other "sandwich/sub" places, go here for quick and delicious options.
