    Good bagels but how does a bakers dozen bagels ($11.99) and 1 specality bagel ($3.49) ring up over $23? Did the tax and cream cheese on the speciality bagels cost over $7??

    Fresh and delicious bagels with huge variety of cream cheeses to choose from! The place is clean, and employees have great customer service skills.

    Not only is the food good, but I work as an assistant and when one of the visiting execs forgot to bring the cream cheese, I had to call back multiple times to get everything straightened out on my end and Fujah (sorry, I wasn't sure how to spell it) was so patient and helpful and had the CC delivered in 15 minutes. It was an amazing save on this corp. event.

    Excellent customer service. The staff was extremely welcoming. I wanted 7 chocolate chip bagels but they only had 3 left. They made fresh bagels for me to take home to my family. I told them I was taking bagels home to my family in Indiana. We used to have a couple Great American Bagels in Indiana but they closed, sadly. Upon hearing this, Mimi, who I believed is a manager, was more than accommodating in getting me the bagels I wanted. The bagels we're delicious and my family was delighted by the treat. I will definitely be going back.
