Steel Fitness Cafe | Healthy Meals and Smoothies

So delicious!! Butter Pecan and Peanut Lover are must tries!!! Pink Starburst refresher is also amazing. Such a wide variety of drinks and food. I love that the cafe is located so conveniently right next to the gym. Employees are also friendly! Love supporting a local business with great owners. 💕

Just when I thought the best gym in the area couldn’t get any better, they open up a restaurant next door. Boris and Cristina have created an amazing menu with everything from shakes and preworkout drinks to healthy donuts. They also offer meal prep plans that are amazingly tasty and macro-friendly. If you’re looking for a one stop shop to start your fitness journey, this is it!

you cannot even compare any other gym cafe to this one. From their protein shakes down to their portioned meal plans everything is amazing. they have one of the best chefs working in their cafe, along with all the friendly staff. if i can give more than a 5 star review i would.

I’ve been going to Steel gym for a few weeks now and working with Drake. The Cafe connected has amazing protein smoothies. Best I’ve ever had! Butter pecan so far is my favorite. Cristina has been so generous to share samples and the prepped meals to go look like quality food cooked well. Love this place

I have been going to Steel Fitness for about 5 months now and the gym is amazing! Everyone is so friendly and inviting from the owners of the gym to patrons.

When I saw that Steel Fitness had a cafe opening up I was ecstatic! I knew all their food and smoothies would be to die for. Steel did not fail to impress.

Boris and Cristina aren’t just the nicest people on earth but they are incredibly knowledgeable in fitness and health which is why I trust every item they have to offer.

I tried the Fruity Pebbles protein shake which has 24 grams of protein, 5 grams of fiber and 21 vitamins and minerals who knew that drinking something this freaking good could be healthy for you.

My dad has cancer and has been having challenges keeping his weight so these protein packed smoothies are going to be so incredibly impactful for his health. I let him try my drink and he near damn drank the whole thing!
