    This Wendy's has inconsistent service. Drive thru order taker gets overwhelmed by more than a car or two which results in long waits just to place an order. They also run out of food (potatoes). It never feels all the way clean inside (why I usually drive thru). I really like Wendy's food and prices and wish this one was managed better.

    Food was good and the same as other Wendy's. Customer service was the only issue. No one acknowledges you, and make you wait and wait until they take your order. Their new touchscreen menu to do your own order isn't working either. And you still have to wait for an unenthusiastic employee to take your order. Fix the "new" touchscreens so we can take care of ourselves next time...

    Its terrific if you use the automated screen to place your order and pay for it. Very slow service otherwise. Employees do NOT care about service or quality. It doesn't really matter as long as you understand your ordering fast food.
