Chick-fil-A

Walking into a Chick-fil-a is very different then walking into any other fast food chain. They clearer have an outline of how their employees should act and they stick to that strictly.

Long story short I went to two different Chick-fil-a locations in one day (online order that was sent to the wrong location). The employees acted very similar in both locations.

I will definitely visit this location again!

The restaurant was extremely crowded. My wife asked about the salads and whether the lettuce was suitable to eat based on the recent recall. The cashier had no idea what we were talking about. She initially asked a manager and they gave her the "it's fine," comment which she shared. He eventually came over the the cash register and explained the status as "if there was a concern, we'd be notified," and also mentioned their lettuce was coming from AZ vs. CA. Chick-fil-A over all is a good fast food restaurant, so I'm sure we'll be back, but just general feedback to be up on the news.

Elizabeth R. is who served me today at this location and I was so impressed with how sweet she was! I know Chick Fil A has the standard to say my pleasure which every person there did say when they helped me, but Elizabeth made conversation with me and all around had a very pleasant demeanor.
All of the workers today were calm and collected with the many customers they had to serve.

Not enough places have waffle fries! My favorite part is the waffle fries and delicious chicken. This nice new facility is great! Having a gigantic rainbow flag in the window felt really welcoming and modern! Keep it up guys!

I definitely would give this 5 star because it was the best fast food restaurant out there. I normally don't eat fast food but this is the only one I would go to! The only con though there was is that there was a lot of people I mean it was packed, but otherwise I would definitely go here a second time!????
