Oh K Dog - Niles

Came when closed. They were so nice they still served us. Felt so loved. deserved 10 stars. Yall better tip them allot!!! 감사 해요🥰🥰🥰

Located inside H Mart in Niles, this place is worth a visit. Classic corn dog was absolutely delicious - crispy batter that creates solid crunch and perfectly cooked sausage inside. Spicy rice cake, on the other hand, was not what I expected. It has become bit of a trend in Korean food scene to add sugar on many dishes but this is one dish that does not benefit from being sweet. I would’ve loved it if it was same degree of spiciness without sugary sweet flavor.

Saw this last time we were grocery shopping but we were too full to eat. So we made a special trip back to try the sandwich and corn dog. We got the original and the ham and cheese sandwich along with the potato corn dog. The sandwiches were so fluffy and flavourful. The corn dog is probably the best around. Can’t wait to come back to the suburbs to try the other sandwiches and corn dogs!

Loved it. I didn't realize there were squeeze sauces until 1/4 of my dog was left. Was so much tastier with sauces.

The fried batter on the corn dogs is super thick and crunchy. It’s so delicious. I was given the option to put sugar or cinnamon sugar on my corn dog, so I asked to just put a little bit on mine. I think I would have liked it without any sugar too. I really want to try the sweet potato corn dog next time! It was pretty crowded on a weekend with all the seating areas taken. There’s only about 6 or so tables, so it’s limited seating. The store is located past the cash registers next to the beauty shops and Fancy Pencil Land. If you want to go straight to Oh K Dog, turn left once you enter H-mart and keep following the stores until you see it.
