I do like their food in general. The taste and cleanliness is top notch but here are the reasons why it loses two stars.

Price/portion: either lower the price or give me more. For what I spend here (gladly on my own accord) I want more food included.

Wait/order time: we always go in a leisure time but always have to wait in line before our orders are taken. Even when there is one person ahead of us it takes minutes to get our order in. I'm not a spoiled brat but compared to other similar chains it's dreadfully slow.

It's a good alternative fast-food from the regular MD or Wendy's.

Spicy chicken is spicy enough for me good flavor, regular chicken is also good.

Hot dog is very interesting, it has this creamy sauce taste like egg salad.. it works for me but not my husband. spaghetti is interesting also, the sauce tasted like chilli ..taste pretty good.

Fiesta noodle is also good...I had my doubt when I open the box . Of course shrimps size is no where like the advertised but the sauce and meat works with the noodle.

if anyone is looking for authentic chicken and waffles flavor.. this is not the place for u.. but overall it's a good quick bite/fast-food place

Nice and juicy fried chicken. Suitable for people who don’t like heavy taste food.

This is a Filipino hybrid of KFC meets McDonald's. service was abysmal took 20 minutes to get my food which was already prepped and sitting under a warmer behind the cashier. My fries were cold my chicken was slightly warm and my pie was still piping hot and I ate them in that order. The floor in front of the drink section was soaked I mean splashing puddles wet food was mediocre at best the only decent thing about the whole place was that the men's room was clean
