    I love this place. Every time I come into Chicago the first place I visit is Jay's. I go there even before I get to where I stay in Chicago

    Awesome place....absolutly a Chicago landmark..great staff ...great prices....very clean...plenty of choices...beefs are #1...if you have out of town guests its a must!

    Best Italian beef sandwich i have ever had. I used to like a couple other places but they have gone down hill. Jay's has remained the same over the 20+ years I've been eating there. Thank you Jay's.

    I went there in the evening. It was not crowded so the service was fast. The beef sandwiches and fries were generous and satisfyingly tasty comfort food. Prices were typical for good beef sandwiches. Parking seems adequate but getting into and out if the driveway can take a while if you go during rush hour, though overall worth it.
