SHAWARMA #1

Food was good, I recommend baked wrap with beef, but I was waiting 40min to get one shawarma. Fastfood is supposed to be ready in short time. Service was okay, employees didn’t clean up our table, we did it by ourselves with tissues. Atmosphere is very bad, everyone is walking in and out like in grocery market.

Shaurma, falls apart in hands. To taste, very far from the shawarma that the Caucasians make at home. If you want shawarma, it's better to do it yourself at home, with your own hands.

To get to this place we drove 3 hours. from another state, unfortunately they didn’t change the time on the Internet, we had to wait 2 hours, they opened at 4 pm but there were no workers, workers started coming at 04:30 pm (it’s just terrible the cafe opens at 4 pm, comes to work at 4:30 ) there were 14-15 clients in the hall and they waited for food for a whole hour, we ordered shawarma with beef meat but they gave us chicken (I’m angry) the portions were large the food was tasty but the service was very bad,
the kitchen workers worked without a headdress this is very sad...

This is the best Shawarma I personally have tried in the US for last 11 years! Juicy, tender ground beef with ingredients so fresh!
Central Asian cuisine at its best! they have also Manty, Shorpo, Pelmeni (dumpling soups) AND LAGMAN
