    Went to IHOP (I refused to say IHOB). It used to be better. Had better servers. Foods been mediocre. Nothing that makes you say wow, and that you'll be back again. It's the only IHOP nearby, so its convenient and kids eat free during dinnertime.

    Went in kinda late on Sunday. Place was empty, I had to ask if they were open. Being in the industry I am use to the "ugh why is this customer coming in now" BUT this was nothing like that at all!! Anasia was the server, she was beyond friendly. I look forward to going back sometime soon!!

    The burger I had was so juicy and delicious. The waitress was awesome and kept our glasses full. We even ordered food to go and it smells delicious also. Will definitely be back.

    The food was great, service was polite and amazing very attentive. I also enjoyed the atmosphere it was clean and well kept. The men's bathroom was actually clean, which actually in many places is disgusting not the case here. !!! So I had a great breakfast.! The food also did not take long to come out and was cooked to order!

    It is one of the best IHOP that I have been there.
    Nice environment and decorating. Also, very friendly staff.
