Staff are friendly & informative. Food is beyond amazing & lovey environment. We go here every 3 months just because we can’t get enough.

I know there are mixed reviews for red Robin, I ordered online for the first time and pulled into the curbside pick up spot. I called inside 10 minutes before my order was supposed to be prepared. Eric was pleasant ovef the phone and let me know he would be right out with my order. He was the epitome of customer service. Smiled when he got to my car, handed me the order (all of which was still hot when I got home and exactly as I ordered), and even gave me a cup of fries for my drive home. Because of his customer service I'll definitely be back again!

Great salad and food. The service was mediocre at best. No silverware when food was served. We were finished a long time before I had to ask for the check, then when I did he turned around and took another order first. I had to ask the manager to complete my purchase. The servers need better training. I realize it's not fine dining, but servers should know how to perform their jobs with some basic training.
