Very busy with good service

I had to report there staff in order to get timely service. They got a staff member always smells bad. They are very unprofessional inside and drive thru in the morning.

My favorite they always great me with a smile and take my order correctly evetytime

I really like Dunkin' Donuts & they have really good coffee I love it expecially the iced coffees

You have to know what to expect to get a great experience at this location. There is a traffic issue at the entrance each morning, so the staff seems to optimize for moving cars through as quickly as possible. Be ready with your order and money, and you will get your correct order super fast. They seriously churn cars through here like nothing I've ever seen. With that comes no real sense of report with the staff. They seem nice, but there is no time to chat. Hand them money, get your stuff, move along.

Only problem I have is that they sometimes will ask me to pull into the next door gas station to have someone bring me an item that is taking too long to make. This always makes me cringe, and has led to more than one huffs between them and I, when there is no room at said gas station, or I don't want to have to wait for them to send someone out. But again, expect it to be optimized for expediency to keep traffic clear, and you are unlikely to be disappointed.
