    I spoke via message , and all I can say is very professional . Explained cost . And also explained I HAVE NO STORE FRONT PEOPLE DELIVERY ONLY. I cant agree more with the replies to revies. Either people are in to much of a hurry to read . Or just plain STUPID .

    I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I was looking for dry ice for a medical shipment and was struggling to find any suppliers in downtown Chicago. Even with the bad reviews, I called Kool Breeze and I was pleasantly surprised. He charges a premium for delivery but the service was outstanding. He had the dry ice downtown in 2 hours from my first call. He gave me clear instructions on how to handle the dry ice and was very courteous and polite. I definitely will go back to Kool Breeze.
