McAlister's Deli

Been coming here for the past 6 months. Always had a good meal. Today ordered the Ruben and the smell of the meat smelled so bad I couldn't even take a bite.

First time coming..had the chef's salad and one of the turkey sandwiches. Sandwhich had balsamic glaze. Came with coleslaw and a Pickle. Really good! Loved the chef's salad! Huge portion! Nice for an easy weeknight meal.

First time there, but it won't be the last! I had the wrap club. It was on of the best I've ever had. But it was the chicken and dumpling soup that made the trip well worth it. It was as good as homemade. Also, my unsweet tea was excellent. Great job McAllister's Deli!

The workers are always so nice to me and they do a hell of a job keeping up with the service to so many. Great food, excellent service... Big Mike

Went on a Friday evening. Very nice interior, and employees really do work hard.

I got the reuben and it was excellent but the service is so disorganized that it's almost not worth waiting for.

I put in an online order for pickup at 2pm. I arrived at 1:55 and waited until I saw my order come out of the kitchen. There was one customer in front of me who had an issue with their order being corrected, no worries I thought just a minute.

10 minutes later, my order was still sitting on the table behind the counter. Never called my name to see if I was there and nobody ever came back to the counter I (and multiple other customers at this point) was waiting at to see what I was there to pick up.

I waited another 5 minutes before eventually asking a passing employee if that order had my name. He said yes, handed it to me and I left.

What could've been a 30 second interaction turned into 15 minutes because it was so chaotic and I was polite.

The employees themselves were all working very hard, but they could use another employee who is solely dedicated to communicating between front end and the kitchen to streamline that process.

Luke is an excellent employee by the way! He wasn't the one who helped me but I overheard his name and saw him working as hard as he could the whole time, very focused young man!
