Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Basically (steak n shake) but better. Custard better than culvers. It's a few minutes wait because food is made to order. Need to franchise into the NW suburbs, particularly, Bartlett-Hanover Park-Streamwood-Roselle-Bloomingdale-Carol Stream.

My whole family loves Freddy's! The burgers are great, but the real gem here is the fries. You have to try Freddy's fry sauce! Also, try the chili cheese fries, so good! Overall Freddy's is a great value and the staff is very friendly.

The kids like the chicken tenders. They like the way the restaurant has different types of seating. Tables, chairs, booths, and spinning seats. Only issue I've had here is we have the Freddys T-shirts for the kids to get free Custard. And every time it takes 3 to 4 employees to figure out how to enter the free Custard. Sometimes we can customize the Custard for an extra fee. Other times we are not allowed to.
The other favorite is the French Fry dipping sauces. Gotta try them. The hamburgers and grilled cheese are good as well. Not too expensive when the kids eat off the kids menu.

I ordered a cake Friday and went to pick it up Sunday for 3 pm. My sister and I went in at 3 pm on Sunday and they said they needed another hour to decorate it. To be honest, we think they forgot about our order even though they said they were going to set it that night I placed the order. Anyways, the (what I believe) manager tried to make it right by giving a discount even after it was poorly decorated. I still gave 3 stars because the custard was really good (not so much the cake)!
