    Ok food ,friendly service, could be cleaner... parking lot is terrible cracked & pot holes everywhere. dangerous esp for elderly.

    Me and the wife love this place. The people are very nice and the food is worth the price. The atmosphere is quiet and inviting. The waitress we had on Thursday January 17th at around 2:30pm was very nice and pleasant. We have been going to this IHOP since we first started dating 20 years ago and we will continue.

    One of the only few diners that are opened on Christmas day! Even though the place was busy and had short staff for the Christmas day. the quality of food and service were good. Giving 3 stars for getting our food more than 40 minutes after ordering.

    Great atmosphere. We were served immediately upon entering. The waiter was very attentive and the food was good for a chain restaurant. If I'm ever back in the area I'll come again. Oh, only dislike was the blueberry pancakes. Not a fan of all the sauce/compote they put on top.
