Mayan Palace

Love this place! We are guilty of indulging in eating out here at least once a week. The service is fast, friendly, and the portions are healthy. The prices are very reasonable. When you call in an order it is ready to pick up so quickly! The food is great! I personally love the chicken tortilla soup!

This was my first time visiting. The staff was very friendly. The chips were very good. The food was also fairly good. The refried beans could have had a little bit more flavor but the Mexican rice was delicious.

MAYAN PALACE of Orland Park, IL
is a very good Mexican restaurant with excellent and flavorful cuisine. The atmosphere & music is festive, colorful and upbeat all in line with the South of the Border food. The space holds many people so you can usually drop in without a reservation or long wait time even on weekends. The staff is prompt and food arrives within...I would say 20 minutes...longer should you wish appetizers or more drinks. I have been going here for years...used to be known as "LaMex" ...always a good experience.. (not sure if new owners now) but food remains very good...

The food was delicious! However, compared to other Mexican restaurants, there wasn't a large non-alcoholic drink selection. The staff was kind and stopped by to check on us three times while we were there. The atmosphere resembles a Mexican Olive Garden, just a bit darker (in terms of lighting).
