This is my favorite spot for sandwiches ...i dont even like subway anynore since i been going here ....i feel i come here so much they know me and my sandwich...esp one girl imparticular (cant remember her name ill get it and edit) always take care of me . I only get the Turkey on multi grain too

Been coming here a lot for lunch the app is great you get a lot of freebies and the receipts usually have some kind of promo offer. Staff is quick and attentative with some cuties ;) definitely has the neighborhood sandwich vibe .

This is a really nice Potbelly. It's bright and open, with some very pretty tables and a nice long bar for if you're eating alone. The entire shop was sparkling clean in every detail and the employees were all friendly and quick. One employee was making a large order and I could not believe how fast she was moving! No wasted motions, everything perfect - I swear she was putting a sandwich together every 10-15 seconds! She paused just long enough to make mine - which was hot and yummy and exactly right (a few people don't know what "light" mustard means) - then was right back at it.

My sole complaint is that there's a "step down" in the middle of the shop where one type of floor meets another type. The floors are different colors, I have no depth perception and it's not obvious that there's a 2-3" step down/up there.
