(September 16, 2020, 9:13 pm)As long as you know what you are getting, the drive through is the place to order. If you are not confident in your order, it most likely will not be made how you want it.
To look for something new, go inside and ask the employees for some help in deciding. Better to not hold up the DT lines for the caffeine addicted people plowing through, it keeps everyone happy! -

(September 7, 2020, 5:42 pm)I always have the worst experience with the employees working there. They always correct me when/if I say something wrong. I can’t even say that they all do it, because the girl that always does it is KP I believe (based off of her name tag). Not only have I had a problem with her, but so has two other people I know. When I recognize her voice through the microphone I automatically know that I am going to have a hard time ordering with her because she always has a problem with anything I tell her. One time I ordered a strawberry refresher with lemonade and she hands it to me without lemonade in it (I could tell by the color). I then kindly confronted her about it and she immediately got very defensive insisting that it did have lemonade in it. I ended up giving the drink away because it didn’t have lemonade in it. As for the actual drinks that they serve, they’re amazing. I really appreciate all of the other nice employees there except her. That’s the reason that I am giving a 4 star rating...because everything is so wonderful about that starbucks except her.
