    It's an Arby's. I've been going to this Arby's in Palatine since I was a kid - 25+ years. Its clean and well kept. Good drive thru service and open late, late night. Good choice when you are tired of the usual fast food.

    This Isn't Your Neighborhood Friendly Arbys, Don't Expect To Feel Welcomed. The Order Will Be Correct And The Food Will Be decent. I Love Arbys And This Place Definitely Gets The Food Part Right.

    Great food, but very slow service.. but very nice people, so its ok... best time to visit is when they have specials running!

    A great place to eat. Carlos trains his staff well; always ready to take your order, food made fresh and hot, and you get a "thank you"! They deserve 4 bells!!!!

    good fast food, good potato cakes. nice mgr. i met the district mgr. thanked him. i go here weekly. i ring the bell. it is a old store but clean.
