    I’m picky about eating breakfast out and I don’t like to order anything I could easily make myself. This means I usually order stuff like crepes or eggs Benedict, which can be hard to get made right at a lot of places. I’ve never gotten anything that wasn’t perfect at Briana’s. Family came in from out of town and wanted breakfast, so I took them here. I ordered eggs Benedict with spinach and mushrooms with a side of potatoes. The veggies tasted so fresh and were just cooked—no soggy spinach here. The potatoes were herby and seasoned well and needed no ketchup. The eggs might have been the best poached eggs I ever had—totally tender and with plenty of yolk to soak up.
