Best place ever! They have great food and great service. Definitely well be coming back to eat here.

Very nice place and service. Had shrimp in garlic sauce with sausage. I really glad a place like this has come to Palatine. Being gluten free there plenty of yummy choices!!

First time coming here and the food was definitely good. They’re brand new and has a set up similar to Crazy Crab in Streamwood. You have your choices of oysters, clams, shrimp, lobster, and crab. What makes them similar to Crazy Crab is that it’s served in a plastic bag without a traditional plate. You can request paper plates in which you will get the type that they use for there hot dogs or sides. Speaking of hot dogs, they also serve alligator hot dogs. That alone will have me come back. Overall as mentioned the food is very good. I recommend there California oysters, alligator hot dogs, mussels, and clams. Definitely recommend this new jewel in Palatine.

My family loves seafood and we have been waiting to try this place. The seafood was excel lent. We tried the "superbowl" - essentially a mix of crab, shrimp, mussels, crayfish, potatoes, corn and sausage. Two out of three of us like spicy food, so they gave us the garlic sauce and hot sauce (not the most spicy, but second most) on the side. One bag was just right for two adults and one child. Our waiter was friendly and attentive. I would give this five stars for the food, as that was fresh and really delicious. A couple of minor reasons for taking a star off. The food is served very casually with bibs and gloves. If you are not prepared to make a mess, this is not for you. We have no issue with that, but would have liked to have had maybe an empty bowl or plate to put the food in. To be fair, I'm sure they would have provided that if asked. The only other comment is that the beer selection is limited. It would be great if they could add one cider to the mix or perhaps offer a couple of basic wines for those who don't like beer. That said, I appreciate that this is really meant to be a casual beer and seafood place and we'll definitely go back.

My wife and i have been waiting for this place to open since we saw the sign up months ago. We've been to other Cajun style seafood places but living in North Arlington Heights, there weren't too many places close by. Having 2 kids under 3yo we do not have the luxury to sit at restaurants for more than an hour before stuff hits the fan. Needless to say, we were excited that this place finally opened and we were able to pick it up to go and eat at home with our kids.

We tried 2 bags, the first was garlic butter with crab, shrimp, cray fish, clams, sausage, corn and some other goodies. The second bag was their Royal special seasoning-medium spicy-with similar seafood. To be honest, we were expecting to like the garlic butter more, but the royal special was much better imho. The garlic was great for our sons but we were digging in the other bag a lot more. The seafood was fresh and everything was delicious. Having great food 5 minutes away that could be picked up is gold for parents with young kids. The service over the phone was friendly and going in to pick up was quick and a great overall experience. Food was hot and home in less than 25 minutes after ordering. Can't wait to order again with friends next time we have people over.
