    I've only been through the drive thru at this location but they've always been quick and friendly, so no complaints.

    Wendy's is my go-to. I eat at them often. I have never rated one before though, but this one at Northwest Highway in Palatine went above and beyond where service was concerned when I was having problems with the payment app on my phone. The staff was super friendly and just wanted to make sure I was happy. And if course my burger and fries were great as usual.

    I'm sorry. I can't give a fast food franchise more than 3 stars, but I will give this Wendy's the top score I reserve for such places. Have gone here for years, mainly because there's never a big wait, the servers are always nice and Wendy's side salads are better than McDonald's. Nice for a quick quiet lunch.
