Edit glad you guys ran out of business. .....If I could I would give negative 5 stars. This is the worst company to work for ever and not even all bk just [tomsking]. They have employees work there for 15 years with no pay increase. Then they hire someone off the street with no bk experience and pay them double the amount every one. This company is so backwards I worked for Tom's king for 10 years and never once seen an owner or the ceo. Don't even get started on the fact they can't hold district managers or rgm so everyone above is getting switched constantly. It's insane how much they talk down about you. Tell you thing like your not experienced enough for the GM position. but then will leave you in the store with no GM for 6 month with no pay increase. When you ask for more money or where your gm is. they will give you some excuse like gm that was in training quit. They tell you that you have to wait for a review then if your lucky they will add 1000 dollars to your salary a year which doesn't even equivalent to a quarter an hour. The written review will be four or five stars the one they post online will be two. Nothing will match up between your written review and the review they post to your infosync.
