Choong Man Chicken Schaumburg (충만치킨)

Just as good as the Glenview location I am used to going to. Food came out properly cooked, super fast, and nice and hot. We got the potato wedges, fried tenders with the spicy garlic sauce, and also the fried charcoal cooked tender in the soy garlic flavor. Chicken was moist with the perfect crispiness on the outside. Ate everything with their ranch dipping sauce. So glad they opened one of the area!

Came here for lunch after finding out it was finally open. We ordered one of the burgers, some wings for dine in and some to go. Burger was massive and the wings were super crispy. I really appreciated that they waited towards the end of our meal to cook the to-go wings so that they would stay fresh when we arrived home to bring to our family. We will be returning!

I’m so happy I no longer have to go all the way to Glenview to get my CM Korean chicken. CM is hands down the best Korean fried chicken! I had the hot snow onion chicken and cheese curds. The chicken is so crispy and full of flavor and the onion and snow sauce adds a fresh zest to it. Go easy when adding the hot sauce. It’s tangy with a lot of heat. The Cheese curds are also delicious and I really like the cocktail dipping sauce.

Great spicy garlic sandwich! Friendly staff. Imagine this is the kind of place that tastes a lot better when you dine in and eat it fresh.
