Used the machine to order and picked up order. The order was quick.usally is weird customer service there at Mcd's in Window Rock ,Az
They got my order right which was the bundle but I asked for a mocha frappe n' they decided to give me an iced coffee with whip cream on top 🤨 I mean whoever the employee was was probably new but I've never gotten an iced mocha coffee with whipped cream on top until now. Has this happened to anyone else before or is it just me? I specifically asked for a medium Mocha Frappe.
Always a good place to eat,if it's dine in or take out,a bit of a wait but foods fresh an hot.
It's usually good. But these last few times we ordered there some of our food was not there. And no ketchup and no napkins. Maybe they were tired. But McDonald's is always good to eat. Those are the 3 stars up there. The other 2 missing stars are for lack of our orders, ketchup, and no napkins. I mean, those are items that should ALWAYS be added to orders. I'll be sure to remember to take photos next time. Thanks McDonald's. Food ROCKS!
