Umaka Ramen

After reading some reviews, I was a little hesitant about eating in here. But decided to give it a shot and it was worth it. Food was pretty good especially #9. The spiciness was just perfect.

I have eaten some ramen in Chicago🍜, I prefer Japanese ramen for noodles, this ramen shop in fashion outlets is really amazing to me, I have to go to google to comment, I hope more people can see it . Their service is also very good. If I want more side dishes, they will be very generous.

I'm being generous with a 3 star rating only due to the fact that if you're shopping and craving ramen this place will do in a pinch. However, as far as taste, cost, service, it was all very basic. Having eaten at several restaurants that offer ramen this place is on the bottom of my list. The broth was salty and underwhelming, the saving piece of my dish was the chicken karage. The takoyaki itself was a half ball, not a full one and had one tiny piece of octopus in it. No bonito flakes. If you have the option of going elsewhere, you may get more bang for your buck as it is pricey due to being located inside the outlets.

I love the chicken with my ramen. The flavor is delicious. The peach soda is so yummy. I bought a few extra bottles to take home.

Convenient ramen shop located in the food court. Easy to order and employees were accommodating with our request to separate noodles/broth since we did take out. Tonkatsu broth was flavor and the chashu pork was very tender. Appreciated the variety of toppings they offer. Ate here twice on our trip & were very happy both times.
