Big Bowl Schaumburg

My family and I walked in and were greeted right away and so nicely too. We sat by the window. It was a comfy atmosphere. Our server, Michael greeted us and welcomed us for lunch. He explained all the specials and gave us suggestions. He was wonderful. The menu is extensive, so I just told him what I wanted and he knew exactly what order to place. The food came out piping hot, beautifully presented, and most of all it was delicious. I ordered a mai tai which I haven’t had in years, and that too was phenomenal. We also ordered the Tuna Poke, which was amazing, dumplings, soup and noodles with orange chicken. We were all very happy with the service, food, and atmosphere. Everyone was kind and smiley. It was a nice lunch. I will definitely go again and I will tell everyone I know about Big Bowl. Michael was awesome and professional, Thank you, Michael!

Excellent restaurant! There was a wait for tables, but we were seated within minutes of our arrival with a reservation. Waitress was friendly and attentive, helpful with explaining the order process. You can order off the menu or just pick a protein and sauce and fill a bowl with your choice of vegetables from a small buffet. The Chicken Satay appetizer was delicious, but why only 3 pieces, makes it harder to split between 2 people. Service was quick especially for a busy Saturday night. Food was served tasty and hot. The Ginger Ale, a featured soft drink was excellent, give it a try! Would definitely go back!

Very good Thai and Chinese food. Good and quick service with courteous staff. Amazing dessert especially brownie with ice-cream. Happy with everything except at salad (vegetable) bar where one goes to fill their big bowl, vegetables were kind of mixed on a weekday dinner.

This place was packed, did not order off the pick your own vegetables table. I ordered off the menu, I swear the last time I went the food was better. The dessert took like 30 min so I wish they prepped me for that wait time. Dessert was good just not worth the wait! Good thing I was with the best company, cause the whole process was kinda long! Defiantly make a reservation on the weekends
