Lou Malnati's Pizzeria - Schaumburg

I've been here 3 times and it is always true to form - delicious. The staff is attentive . Pizza is cut up and served, the beverages are consistently refilled ( with a new glass so you can continue to enjoy your meal with a beverage while a refill is coming).
I've sat in the bar nook ( a set of tables near the bar) ,at the bar, and in the dining area. While all were great , I prefer the bar area because the bartender serves the food , beverages, clears the dishes. I don't know what his previous job was but he is soooo good at dealing with the public.
The pizza is delicious ( superb) and stands out in the tough Chicago pizza market. I'm always afraid I'll take a guest here and they'll go home ruined by the taste of a real pizza. They'll wander New York searching for an equivalent . You will like this pizza. It's affordable, delicious, with
ample parking .

One of the best pizza places I have ever been too. The slices are huge and great for one person. Great service and outstanding options. If you have never been there you should go out and try it sometime. Don't miss you on it it is amazing. Everything there is amazing and the view to outside is great. The seating is great and the workers are nice.

This has always been one of my favorite places for pizza. I was back, visiting from Florida, so I HAD to come in. Our server, Alma, was outstanding. Our food was perfectly made. Beautiful presentation (I dove in before i could take proper pictures). Even our busser (Justin), was attentive, friendly, and an extremely hard worker. Thanks for a great meal guys!

We stopped here for Chicago pizza since we are from Florida. This place did not disappoint! I had a thin crust pizza and it was delicious, perfectly cooked cheese, sausage and mushrooms. Others in my party ordered individual stuffed pizzas and they raved about them. We shared a piece of tiramisu that was really good, no overpowering espresso flavor like many others we have tried in the past. Our waitress Alma was so attentive to our needs. Her pleasant demeanor was infectious. She smiles, had great personality and was fabulous at her job. My husband ordered a coke with a lemon when we were first seated. Alma noticed that his drink was empty probably 30 minutes later and refilled it with a lemon( she pays attention to details) . Even our interaction with our bus boy Justin( he was great so we asked what his name was) he was so quick to clear the table, he also was so professional for being such a young kid! Great work ethic and attitude. The restaurant was busy and had such great aromas permeating in the air. Next time we are in Chicago we will be back for pizza!

We walked in and received immediate VIP treatment. When I said we will be seating 30 people, they didn't even bat an eye getting our area ready in 5 minutes. Pizza was amazing! We ordered a bunch of different pizzas. We ordered cheese, pepperoni, sausage with extras and veggie with extras. We ordered 2 fried platters that contained fried mushroom, fried zucchini, and fried mozzarella sticks. We had a few orders of buffalo wings that were absolutely amazing too. Love the ranch!

Customer service was swift and accurate. Thank you for managing the group's needs flawlessly!
