Haunted Trails Family Entertainment Center (Burbank)

This is our favorite family spot! The nachos are delicious. My nephew and I LOVE the Ninja Turtles game!! #familyfun

Our first time visit and we were pleased. The staff was very friendly. It's a little small in the inside though. We didn't try the outdoor rides or food. The cafe line was pretty long so I'm assuming it has pretty good food.

My daughter rated it THE BEST BIRTHDAY PARTY EVER!!
Service was wonderful, very attentive and timely. Hugh props to my waitress. She took the cake and set everything up and kept the party running smoothly. Above and beyond, anticipating all our needs!!

Haunted Trails is a landmark! Finally, a quality family entertainment establishment that still exist! I visit here with my son who just turned 9 and never rode a go kart. I was so nervous! I explained my concerns and anxiety to the attendance on the tracks. They made sure to give my son special instructions to make his first experience pleasant. He had a smooth ride and a great experience! Thank you Haunted Trail staff for taking the time and effort to make sure my son can enjoy the same quality go kart experience I had as a child! Love you all!!

I wanted to take this time to give haunted trails a 5-star rating. Today was our first time visiting this location. We live closer to their Lombard location, but decided to try this one. My boys are 8 and 5 years old. There was enough variety of games and attractions to keep both of them busy and happy. My 8 year old had a little incident in the batting cage and the staff was very helpful. Everyone from the owner, the park attendants, to the manager acted quickly and were very attentive to his needs. They brought him some ice packs and were so sincere. They helped to put a smile back on his face. They kept checking in with me throughout the visit just to ensure that he was okay. I was happy to see the owner walking around and making sure that people were adhering to the rules. It was just truly a safe and fun environment. We will definitely visit this location again.
