    Employees who remember regular customers and their usual orders are always the best. I come here once in a bit so I do not apply but I see it every time I go. Never had an issue.

    I'd say it's New York style efficiency but i'm from there and never seen a Dunkin this efficient. They take your orders while you're in line, you'll repeat when at register but by then order is either ready or on its way. Very impressed.
