    So Potbelly's and this Potbelly's in particular is going to receive one of my coveted 5-star ratings and I'll tell you why. The sandwiches are served fast, they are toasted, the ingredients appear to be of a high quality, the taste is on point, there's a working rewards program, their sides are fresh, the prices are great and the staff is very helpful and kind. Seriously, I bet all the other sub shops are missing at least one of those elements. Some other chains rely to heavily on Chef Mike.

    Terrific alternative to the standard burgers and fries fare.

    Favorite sandwich is the Wreck, which I customize to my liking.

    The Chili is tasty.
    The Sugar Cookies are a must-try item.

    A variety of chips are available, but to me, their sandwiches beg to be paired with fries instead.

    A self serve beverage fountain is standard, and free refills are always a plus.

    Potbelly's staff is always friendly and helpful. The place is always clean with a welcoming ambience. This is the template Subway should follow.

    Tasty chicken salad, although I did get the runs after eating there 3 hours later.

    Second go seemed more successful with the ham sandwich.
