    The five times I ordered here they never have let me down, hopefully it continues!

    They've had their moments in terrible service. I've ordered a deep dish pizza and when I bit into it, the dough wasn't cooked. When I called them and told them that the pizza wasn't fully cooked, the (former) manager facetiously asked "have you tried the thin crust?".... If I wanted thin crust, I would've ordered thin crust. I called corporate and complained, I'm not sure what happened to her at that point, but I haven't seen there in a while. After that, corporate addressed my bad experience appropriately, and I've never had a problem since. Great place, cool people. Keep it up!
