“Nice bar and patio. Good food and drinks. Service is sub par. Servers appear to not be trained well. They don't write your order down so the order is often messed up. Last visit the entree was brought out before the appetizers. When we pointed that out the appetizers immediately appeared so we now had four dishes on a very small table. Now the dish we didn't eat right away would get cold. Servers also disappear for long periods. Not a fan of the QR Code menu. We were not offered paper menus. If the service was better it would a great place.”

“I’ve been anticipating this opening for months! We tried it 3rd day open and the wait wasn’t bad at all, we strictly got desert and it was fantastic! I see a lot of bad reviews, obviously not one person leaving those reviews has worked in fast food. Be patient with them. Lots of kids first jobs working there. It will get faster and more coordinated with time. For now they’re doing a great job. Keep it up and welcome to the neighborhood!”

“Great place. I enjoyed the chicken. Wasn't dry and a nice crisp bite to it. Spice was good and the hot sauce has a sweet hot taste to it. Mashed potatoes have skin chunks in them and have a good creamy gravy on them. Biscuit was fluffy and crisp with a little honey on top. Basically it's what the big chain chicken place use to be. I'd recommend for lunch and or dinner.”

They are a newly open business that I'm sure once things get more settled, they will hire more staff in order to keep up with the busy rush. Still, I'll keep on coming and supporting because Oak Lawn really needs more local spots like these. I've gotten both the cappuccino and latte. Both were decent. The charcuterie board has a nice balance. Love the goat cheese they server on that board! I'd like to be able to try a cocktail next time.”

“The pizza was very delicious as expected just like the other locations. What stood out to me the most was customer service. I truly value that in any establishment. From the moment I walked through the door to the moment I left the staff was super friendly and very courteous, not only to me but to every customer walking through the door. I didn't dine in but upon walking through the dining room it looked very clean and well maintained 👍. Also, they have a drive-thru/pick-up window on the east side of the building in case you don't want to go inside and I will definitely be back and leave any updates if necessary.”
