    It's an express keep that in mind. The menu is limited. The food is good. Friendly, fast service, and hardly no wait time for my order

    The place was a bit dirty and the service given was negligible. The food however was fine.

    Children eat free when adults order certain meals..... unless you get the one waitress with an attitude.... cashierest tang our order up, my husband said "children eat free "....cashierest corrects amount do.... husband says "we're here often"....PRETTY SURE THE CASHIER IS HERE MORE AND ALREADY KNEW.

    This by far is the best IHOP I've been to anywhere in the United States! It is an Express version, but fast, friendly, and large portions! Something you don't normally see!
